As design lead, I drove the creation of the new Design System and the SaaS redesign, focused on reducing churn and improving usability. I simplified complex flows and introduced more modern and consistent visual patterns, elevating efficiency and user experience.

We visited clients across the country to understand user behaviors and challenges. We mapped over 30 component variations and, based on market analysis, created over 100 screen concepts — turning insights into innovative and functional solutions.

Reducing time, increasing revenue and elevating user experience

The new deliveries — such as the Document Analysis page — were well received by clients, contributing to a 2% increase in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Additionally, the document request flow, which processes over 3.3 million files per month, had its average time reduced from 10 to under 4 minutes.
